Outgoing: We are available in the shipping & receiving office to assist our customers with any outgoing shipment needs.
SHIPPING & RECEIVING POLICY
Newport Shipyard is not responsible for missing packages that have not been properly labeled with any of the following:
Missing packages must be reported to our shipping department within 30 days of scheduled delivery date.
Newport Shipyard does not assume any liability for packages shipped here to anyone who is not a current customer, tenant or employee. Newport Shipyard is not liable for packages delivered directly from a business or by courier other than UPS, DHL, FEDEX or USPS.
All customers, tenants and employees are responsible for collecting packages they know are being delivered to Newport Shipyard. We will not store packages for more than 60 days unless a special arrangement has been made in writing by the customer with shipping and receiving manager.
Newport Shipyard ships outgoing mail strictly through UPS. Any and all packages which need to be shipped via a different carrier will be outsourced to a third party logistics firm at the expense of the customer.
